A jury of nine men and one woman have now returned verdicts following trial and deliberation.
The man, from a nearby farming community, was accused of raping the girl and sexually assaulting her with a bottle of wine for 12 months.
The girl’s father was in the courtroom and said the case was “frightening”.
The victim has had counselling and she has now said she will never feel guilty.
The trial started at Adelaide District Court, on Wednesday morning.
Defence barrister Daniel O’Brien QC told the jury: “She is remorseful. This has never happened before, never in the history of Australia.
“She understands what happened and does not wish to repeat it.”
Mr O’Brien said the boy should receive “unconditional, immediate” parole.
He argued it was the boy’s remorse at hearing the charges, and not her feelings for the girl, that led to his decision not to seek a conviction.
A previous appeal against an acquittal was denied, at which the boy’s father appealed to t서산출장마사지he court for a non-parole order.
Mr O’Brien said the case would be sent to the Federal Court for further inquiry.
